At Blanchard School of Dance , we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to help our students develop their dance skills, build confidence, and foster a love of dance that will last a lifetime. We are he first and only dance studio in Blanchard Oklahoma for 15 years.

Our Instructors
Hi, I'm Kaleah Moates – owner and director of Blanchard School of Dance. With over two decades of dance experience, my passion for movement and mentorship has been at the heart of everything I do.
My dance journey began in Colorado, where I trained in Denver and Boulder and earned spots on three elite competitive dance teams between the ages of 5 and 18. In 2005, I was honored to be selected as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader, a milestone that deepened my commitment to performance and professionalism in the dance world.
I first opened Taps N Toes Dance Studio in Robinson, Illinois, and later founded Blanchard School of Dance in 2010. While our studio started with a focus on recreational classes, we expanded to include three competitive teams just a few years ago. It has been incredible to see our dancers grow in confidence, skill, and passion.
I specialize in working with children and young adults and am deeply committed to creating a positive, inspiring environment for every student who walks through our doors. Whether it's their first class or they're preparing for competition, my goal is to help each dancer reach their fullest potential—while having fun every step of the way.
Our Instructors Mrs. Charis Fremin
Hello, Blanchard! My name is Charis Fremin, and I am so excited to be joining the Blanchard School of Dance family!
A little about me—I got married in June of this year, and before moving to Blanchard School of Dance, I owned a dance studio in my hometown of Washington, Oklahoma. I currently work as a paraprofessional at Washington Elementary School.
I began dancing at the age of seven and quickly fell in love with the art. At nine years old, I started competing and have been passionate about competitive dance ever since. Throughout my dance career, I’ve been blessed to earn multiple title awards, countless overall and high-score awards, and a National Championship in 2019.
One of my greatest joys has been helping young dancers grow and succeed. Last year, I had the privilege of taking my own students to competition, where they placed in the Top 10, with one dancer earning an Overall Champion title.
I am incredibly excited for this new chapter at Blanchard School of Dance and can’t wait to meet each of you. I look forward to helping every dancer build confidence, grow their skills, and create lasting memories. I hope you’ll consider joining our competition team in the future—I would love to see you on stage with us!

Our faculty is made up of highly trained and experienced dance professionals who are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. Our instructors bring a diverse range of dance styles and teaching methods to our studio, creating a unique and dynamic learning environment.
